The virtual currency is not expensive in exchange to RMB, yet massive amounts of students/undergraduates hanging out in the forum claim the exchange to be an arduous process.
This lasting unaccountable phenomena seems to have drawn confusion upon us. As an outsider, all I could say is the solution remains to be worked out by website managers.
